The Soul of Piemonte, Served at Your Table
There are dishes that feed you, and then there are dishes that remember for you; places, people, seasons, stories.
I created Langhem to share not just what Piemonte tastes like, but what it feels like to be welcomed at an Italian table. This is the story of why I bring Langhe cuisine to private homes around the world, one dinner at a time.
Why I Bring Langhe Cuisine to Private Homes Around the World
I was raised in the Langhe, surrounded by vineyards, slow braises, and the unmistakable perfume of truffle. It’s a place where meals are never rushed, wine is chosen with care, and the table is sacred.
When I started Langhem, it wasn’t to open a restaurant. It was to protect that feeling. The feeling of being in someone’s home, eating something deeply local and lovingly prepared, with the right glass of Nebbiolo, of course.
My idea was simple: take the soul of Langhe cuisine, its simplicity, quality, and generosity, and bring it to the people who crave it, wherever they are in the world.
Not as a show.
Not as a performance.
But as an invitation.
Private dining allows me to create something more personal than any restaurant ever could. I get to curate each detail: the wine, the table, the story. And I get to represent my region in places where maybe no one’s ever tasted a proper tajarin, hand-rolled and buttered, with shaved truffle from Alba.
I don’t just serve food. I bring a part of home with me. And for me, home will always taste like Langhe.

WHERE?
I now host private dinners in homes, villas, rooftops, and sometimes yachts, from Piemonte to far away countries and in different continents. Langhem is more than a brand. It’s a bridge between tradition and intimacy, between old-world flavors and modern luxury.
