Daily Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Welcome (August 3rd)
- Afternoon: Guests arrive at the villa. Welcome drinks and fresh tropical snacks.
- Evening: Orientation session to introduce the retreat activities and instructors.
- Dinner: Balinese-inspired dinner prepared by the in-house chef.
- Night: Evening meditation under the stars to unwind after the journey.
Day 2: Relax & Reconnect (August 4th)
- Morning: Sunrise yoga session followed by a healthy breakfast.
- Mid-Morning: Free time to relax by the pool or explore the villa surroundings.
- Lunch: Light and fresh Balinese lunch.
- Afternoon: First Pilates session followed by personal leisure time.
- Evening: Guided meditation and reflection session.
- Dinner: Traditional Balinese BBQ dinner.
Day 3: Wellness & Exploration (August 5th)
- Morning: Pilates and yoga fusion session.
- Mid-Morning: Excursion to a sacred temple, including a spiritual cleansing bath.
- Lunch: Group lunch at a local organic restaurant.
- Afternoon: Free time for relaxation or optional massage session.
- Evening: Group dinner followed by a mindfulness session.
Day 4: Learn & Experience (August 6th)
- Morning: Sunrise yoga session.
- Mid-Morning: Cooking class – learn to prepare traditional Balinese dishes.
- Lunch: Enjoy the meal prepared during the cooking class.
- Afternoon: Free time or optional activities (massage, journaling, or relaxation by the pool).
- Evening: Guided meditation followed by a light dinner.
Day 5: Rejuvenate & Reflect (August 7th)
- Morning: Pilates session followed by breakfast.
- Mid-Morning: Journaling or creative session to reflect on the retreat experience.
- Lunch: Light, nourishing meal.
- Afternoon: Relaxation and free time by the pool or optional massage session.
- Evening: Farewell dinner with a special closing ceremony and group reflection.
Day 6: Departure (August 8th)
- Morning: Final yoga and meditation session.
- Breakfast: Farewell breakfast.
- Late Morning: Check-out and departure. Private transportation to the airport is available for all guests.
